Attention all Melges 24 racers. The Melges 24 Fall Championship Regatta will take place October 3-5, 2014. Our building may be gone, however it will not stop the 24’s from taking on Geneva Lake in October.

As the “2014 Big Inland” came to an end, Vincent Porter took the first two vowels, A & E. The E Class came down to an uncle nephew battle with the elder grabbing a tie for total points, but coming up short on firsts. Vincent with his crew Clifford Porter, Coye Harrett, and Alisa Freytag, powered on taking two firsts.

The Lake Geneva Yacht Club would like to invite all area sailors to compete in a five day regatta spread out over the five Wednesdays in July. This inaugural event is shaping up to provide an action packed July on Geneva Lake. If your boat uses wind power you are welcome to compete. All boats will be handicapped, so everyone has a fighting chance to win.
Following racing you are invited to dine on our Upper Deck at the Lake Geneva Yacht Club.

Pewaukee Yacht Club will be holding a US Sailing One Day Judges Seminar on April 12, 2014
This US Sailing One Day Judges Seminar is required for initial certification as a US Sailing Club Judge. Some protest committee experience is helpful, but not required. The objectives of the club judge program are to improve the quality, consistency and fairness of protest hearings and results, at the club level.
